2 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 257 all ranks and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 83 all ranks. The companies of the 2 Battalion were located as follows: Carnaross, Ballinalough, Stonefield, Whitegate, Ballinacree, Oldcastle, Fennor and Moylough.
3 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 182 all ranks and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 47 all ranks. The companies of the 3 Battalion were located as follows: Virginia, Killinkire, Cross, Maghera, Lurgan, Castlerahan and Munterconnaught.
4 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 105 all ranks, and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 54 all ranks. The companies of the 4 Battalion were located as follows: Bailieboro, Kingscourt, Knockbride East, Killann, Corlea and Barley Hill.
