Rathcoole Ambush

IRA attack on British motor convoy at Rathcoole, County Cork on 16 June 1921. According to contemporary newspaper reports 2 Auxiliaries (Auxiliary Division RIC) killed. Other casualties unknown. However IRA sources claim a much higher death toll among the British forces.
