Killing of British Army officer at Knockalton

British army officer, Lieutenant H. J. Hambleton, allegedly particularly involved in British reprials in Nenagh area at that time was killed by the IRA at Knockalton, County Tipperary on 4 November 1920. See also 5 November 1920 Killing of 2 IRA members.
