Killing of Alfred Charles Reilly

IRA killing of Alfred Charles Reilly (referred to on file as 'O'Reilly') for spying on 9 February 1921. He had been kidnapped by the IRA on McCurtain Street, Cork and his body was found near his home in Douglas, County Cork. According to material on file A1_D_2 D Company, 2 Battalion, 1 Cork Brigade, 1 Southern Division, Reilly was '...the paymaster of anti-Sinn Fein (sic) group.'
