Ballycannon, Clogheen

Following information received from IRA informer Patrick 'Cruxy' Connor British forces captured and killed 6 IRA members at Ballycannon, Clogheen, County Cork on 23 March 1921. In April 1922 Patrick Connor was shot by an IRA unit which followed him to New York. It is unclear whether he survived the shooting or not.
