1 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 233 all ranks, and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 82 all ranks. The companies of the 1 Battalion were located as follows: Naul, Ring Commons, Skerries, Gormanstown, Balbriggan & Balrothery, Julianstown & Laytown, Donabate & Portrane, Rush.
2 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 156 all ranks. This unit was non-existent on 1 July 1922 . The companies of the 2 Battalion were located as follows: Lusk, Rush, Donabate, Swords & Balheary.
3 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 134 all ranks, and the strength on 1 July 1922 was 54 all ranks. The companies of the 3 Battalion were located as follows: St. Margarets, Finglas, Kinsealey, Santry & Oldtown.
4 Battalion: Unit strength on 11 July 1921 was 83 all ranks. This unit was non-existent on 1 July 1922 . The companies of the 4 Battalion were located as follows: Oldtown, Garristown, Ardcath, Duleek.
