Lisa Dolan

Position - Civilian Archivist

Lisa Dolan is Head of Readers’ services, Education and Outreach and has worked in Military Archives since May 2008. She has a B.A. degree in History and Greek and Roman Civilisation from UCD and a Master’s degree in Archives and Records Management from UCD. Lisa’s main responsibilities focus on our interactions with the public and she also has a special responsibility for managing volunteers that kindly volunteer their time to listing records and advancing other in-house projects. In tandem with her main responsibilities, Lisa also processes records created by the organisation while assisting public researchers in the reading room in rotation with colleagues. Collections processed by Lisa include the Collins collection (1917-1922) and the private papers of Lieutenant General Seán McKeown.
